If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us firstly. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our service team is willing to solve the problem for you. Please do not leave the negative feedback directly. Negative feedback does not help to solve your problem. • We accept returned in some exceptional cases, please contact us before return item(s) otherwise returned item(s) will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and we will ship the replacement or make the refund within 2 days after returned item is received. If it is our fault, we will be responsible for the return postage. Return item must be shipped within 5 days.
